They sent a repair man the next day who found the problem but also performed a full inspection and pointed out several problems about a very old opener with old springs, etc. The previous homeowner had run into the door and caused a crack that was weakening the door so we decided to replace the door and the springs. Dependable said they could schedule the replacement the very next day. We were able to order the door with built in insulation so the door will reduce heat/cold transmission.
